Sunrise Rowing

I was out early this morning, firstly at our famous tree, but was joined by lots of other photographers, so I left them to it, and headed along the lake front, hoping that a rowing crew were out training.  My luck was in, and I captured them as they were coming back to land.  I placed myself so they would be rowing through a lake of orange.

Yesterday afternoon Ruth and I went to the movies, we saw "The Royal Night Out', which we both thoroughly enjoyed.  I can't remember VE Day, as I was 4 at the time.  It's very cold today, so I have the fire going, and put on my winter woollies for the first time this year.  Winter is just around the corner!
