'Starflower'

'Borage' seeds all around my garden..an annual herb that never ceases to appear.. I love everything about this plant..and the flower is such a gorgeous shade of blue.

The flowers make very pretty decorations on salads, cakes and puddings.

A Herb that has been used for medicinal purposes since Medieval times...so happy it's still around.
