Avocado dreams

The avocado is "having a moment" - hugely popular, hugely healthy but about to become hugely expensive due to drought conditions in the key growing areas in Mexico, California and Chile. I suspect the demand will still be high, and that avocados will become more of a treat as the prices rise... I enjoyed mine tonight at any rate!
