A diamond of a jubilee

So, having watched the celebrations on tv, I didn't expect to be a part of them: however, spur of the moment decision found us jumping in the car across to the Humber Bridge where a number of like-minded people watched on the shorefront as the beacon was lit whilst we sang 'God Save the Queen'. Nothing like a royal event to forget the woes of the world, if only for a few minutes. Happy Jubilee, everyone.
