Meet Jack Stein
This is day 1 of 2 at the Padstow Seafood School. Jack is a chef at the Seafood Restaurant and an excellent tutor. We had a great day today and are all full of good food (you eat what you cook) and good wine. Tomorrows 5 dishes include clams, salmon and crab,. I think I will need a lie down to recover.
