Juno and I strolled up the hill with Hope the young chocolate lab and her owner.

Work was a flag waving of fantasy.

Lovely walk at lunchtime with Just Sitting.

Had to leave work early and cycled to a football meeting, stuff I would rather not deal with but I have to be a big boy sometimes.

Home to the family well some of them.
