A wet, wet day.

Heavy rain on and off all day. Took this shot of the garden looking misty and autumnal. The decorator is still here and he is lovely but SO slow. i was hoping that he would finish by Wednesday but he is only at the sanding stage so everything is now covered in dust. I go to New York next week and I don't want to go leaving everything in a mess. Sitting down with a G&T surrounded by dust sheets hoping that things will move forward more quickly In the next few days.
