Who Am I?

I saw this guy flying around at the Casa Grande Ruins here in Arizona.  Not sure what he is though.  BUT  I figured one of you awesome blippers would  know.   I thought he might be some kind of hawk.     Thanks for the great comments and stars from yesterday.
