MonoMonday: Day of the Triffids

..are these plants talking to each other when they drum their roots...are they planning world dominion...will they move in the night... probably not, but it's a fun challenge today!

I always think of Day of the Triffids when I see the sign "Heavy Palnt Crossing", and a colleague always used to tap his wedding ring on the desk and murmur "Triffids" ( he also did the thing with the ruler that you twanged and called out "Injuns" but that's another story...)
