The lady washing carpets for next winter in a street paralel to mine. The building was renovated by UNESCO and they had a agreement with owners. The owners had to live inside and they were not allowed to sell the renovated building for 5 years. Otherwise they had to pay a fee. I think the project worked well and the neighborhood is growing.
