The Stockbridge Colonies

These beautiful little cottages are in a particularly nice bit of Edinburgh and apparently used to be the houses for the people who worked in the mills that lined the Water of Leith. Now they are inhabited by a different kind of people, the kind of people that organised a Yard Sale around the area with much of the funds raised being donated to good causes. A lovely day and a lovely gesture.
