Nettles

Out walking the dog today while Mr Lala ( haha think I will keep calling him that) was at work, I saw these flowers. They seemed to be stinging nettles but I had not seen this type of flower before. Straight home to google and learnt that there are between 30-45 species of nettles. I really like the flowers on this one!

An uneventful day as I decided to stay home instead of visiting LC for the Super Car siege. A wise choice as it turned out as there were over 10,000 visitors and the motorway was gridlocked. The police were manning roads and junctions etc. I know I am probably in a minority but I can't really get excited about super cars. As long as mine gets me fro a to b safely and in moderate comfort I'm happy.
