The Constant Gardener

Anniemay may be many things (all good of course) but one thing she is not - even by her own admission - is a constant gardener.  She loves visiting nurseries and garden centres - loves buying plants even more.

It’s what happens once they’ve been planted that's the issue.   As far as she's concerned she’s done her bit.  She's given them a pot and soil and water - and now it’s up to them.  If they can’t be bothered to grow, then that’s their problem.

This year it would appear things are to be different; she has decided to take more of an interest in their up-bringing.  Become more of a 'hands-on' gardener.  This Chilli plant will be the first to benefit from the new regime.
