Splash it all over!

Down the track for a little wander, making sure the ducklings are still okay. There were quite a few walkers about and a couple of joggers enjoying the area. This coot was having fun in the water diving and shaking itself over and over again. I heard another coot in the same area making an alarm call similar to the one on the nest the other day. It sounds like when you tap on clingfilm to make sure it's tight enough!
I found a teeny tiny egg on the way home which I've added as an extra, I'm wondering if it might belong to a Wren or something similar?

Off for lunch at Pizza Express this afternoon, yummy!
