more flowers

Friday was another messy day. Too much on at work and the mind gets swamped - no time to think, no time for anything really but work work and more work.

Still, it always happens this time of year and I always come through.

I must have known what the day would hold as I took this pic - same vase new flowers - before I left the house. A first, as I usually get my daily shot later in the day after work.

Just as well as i definitely wasn't in the right frame of mind by then.

We did get out for an early evening beer though and I gradually unwound and in the end it was a nice Friday night..... as they always are.
