Amanita Muscaria

Red Mushroom, not the sort to eat as this Fungi is poisonous. My Venison Casserole went down very well last night and tasted delicious, I am not over fussed on Venison myself.more a Beef and Pork man. Last nights Pot Luck Tea was a great night and I really enjoyed myself. This mornings run has created a bit of a hold up, when I either have a small tear in the Posterior side of my Quad or I have pulled my hamstring close to the insertion either way it is not comfortable, may have been caused by the delicious Pavlova I had for dessert.
