Linlithgow.

The boyfriend, his lovely mother and I went for a cycle to Linlithgow along the canal today. Stopped for lunch at The Park Bistro then headed back to Edinburgh.

44-mile round trip in total, and the shooting pains when I sit down will testify to that! Should go some of the way to counteract the overindulgent long weekend.

Off for dinner soon too, so must work on my appetite!
