Soup and Sweet

Which is exactly what you get, a soup, followed by a sweet/dessert, I had lentil (the smoked haddock was finished) and an apple crumble, both very good.  It was, as they always are, a fund raiser, with the obligatory prize raffle (we won After Eight Mints). All proceeds on this occasion were going to the British Heart Foundation.

These two lovely ladies, who shall remain nameless, only noticed each other and had the chance to catch up as one was leaving, it was lovely to see them nose to nose, deep in conversation, I missed the best bit at the beginning of their meeting as I had to go out to the car to get my camera (silly me).

I hope they wont mind me publishing these photos of them, I would have asked if I'd thought I would be using them for my blip.
