The Worlds Smallest Echium ?

Okay Folks ... This little echium stands about a foot in height and not only is it already in flower, it appears to have several "heads" ... All the other flowering echiums in the garden are about a hundred foot tall and only have one great big conical "head" ... (although we have had them grow with up to 3 "heads" in the past - they've never been this tiny) ... :o/
