Valiant and heroic.

These holidays are hard work. Went for a run, went shopping, did some gardening including cutting down a tree and taking it to the tip.
Most significant is the run, the first since I hurt my ankle 2 weeks ago. Did the same short jog I did 2 weeks before that when I decided to try this running lark again, and the ankle seems to be OK. So I'm back to square one in the positive sense that I was stuck on square zero for 2 weeks and finally managed to throw a six and get started again.
Meanwhile Mrs RT did a longer run and pushed her speed up a bit (and did the shopping, gardening etc.).

Think we've earned the wine.
