Shaving Cream Experimentation

When I bought a can of shaving cream it was, of course, to use it as an art supply. I first learned the technique back in the early nineties but it has become very popular again on blogs and YouTube videos. You simply squeeze the shaving cream into a tray, dribble inks (I used alcohol inks) on top and make marbling patterns with a skewer or fork. Lay fabric gently on top, leave for a few seconds and lift. Remove the shaving cream from the fabric and you're left with the pattern. Great fun although fairly messy. I also played with my gelli plate today. You can see the results of that here.
