Chilli Plum Sauce

Managed to get a Bargain yesterday of 8 punnets of Victoria plums for 39p per punnet.. and Rhubarb at 49p per pack.
i love it when supermarkets over order ~ and we get to grab a bargain!

SO~ today..ive made Rhubarb n Ginger jam & Chilli plum sauce...
tomorrow it might be Dowerhouse chutney courtsey of the awesome Delias recipe..

*the metal sieve is in the plum mix as i was devoid of a Muslin in which to put the spices~ this worked a treat!
so is everyone having JUBILEE fun?? *haha~ were still avoiding it as much as we can!...
