Done!

Finally finished the declutter and quick garden tidy up ready for our house visit this evening.

5 mins after my helpful parents left the estate agent phone to tell me the person viewing our house has accepted an offer on theirs - Bugger!

I had hoped to do a house swap type deal with her buying this one and us buying her house. She would still like to view our house if that's ok though as she needs a house to move to. I politely said no as we don't like anything else currently on the market and need somewhere to stay.

Very greatful for my parents and Kara's mums help over the last week.

One bonus this is my 500th blip
