Lancashire Life

A lovely morning saw us walking along the canal towpath for a good couple of hours, in the company of cyclists, runners, strollers, boaters, ducks, geese, swans, lots of wild birds, fishermen, you name it, everyman and his dog was out! I took loads of shots and only realised when I downloaded them this evening that I,had left the white balance on cloudy from camera class when we were shooting the sunset...... Doh!!! No wonder some of them were too dark!!

We stopped off at our daughters on the way home to see how their,extension is coming along! After just 10 days it's surprising how much the builders have achieved! It's going to be a big one.... Will look great when it's all done.

After lunch we spent the afternoon pottering in the garden, weeding, watering, tying in the climbing roses and we got the garden furniture from the garage, onto the decking area.

A lovely Greek feta salad for tea, followed by a lazy evening watching TV and faffing with images, as you do;-)

Looking forward to a likely blip meet on Sunday t'other side of the Pennines...should be fun! I've finally got an idea for my 365th, but will it all come together......that's the question!?
