Another Day, Another Greenhouse

Yesterday’s blip was of an art exhibition in a large greenhouse. I thought that a fairly unusual way to use a greenhouse. Then today we went to a friend’s 60th year birthday party and I found myself, for the second day in a row, sitting in a large greenhouse! Is this an unnoticed trend?
With the rather cold spring we are experiencing greenhouses are a good place to be.  In this one there was a fig tree and an olive tree, as well as a lot of small plants.
It’s been a weird spring this year, starting much too early, in March, and then refusing to get warm and progressing (or not progressing!) extremely slowly. We really would like a bit of warm sun now, please.
