Say Cheese....cake

A houseful of visiting family this weekend. Today we celebrated my sister-in-law's 45th birthday. I made her this citrus cheesecake.

The day started off though with a very early doctor appointment for some tests that involved pricking my fingers for blood every thirty minutes. Not pleasant. But I expect the results will be all fine. Afterwards we had a big breakfast, then more work on the house and errands.
