Weird

Today was a weird day, it began with a little bout of sickness and dioreaha, so a day off work. I went to get some anti sickness tablets and felt a little better so joined slimming world. What a happy clappy bunch of fat people clapping each other for gaining weight. I've never been anywhere like it...

I then went shopping and did boring things like washing.

I was reminded by Timbo of a merlin helicopter landing at the castle so of course I went in to watch it, they got from London to leeds castle in 6 minutes and landed in an impressive way.

Been working on some spread sheets for work this evening as well as trying to get everyone's head around slimming world
