Spring Colours- Deep Yellow

The hills in Scotland are speckled with deep yellow of the Gorse/ Whin in the springtime.  Since moving to Scotland I have enjoyed the various accent colours of the hillsides that change with the seasons.  My theme of spring colours would not be complete without the Gorse/ Whin.  On my way home from work I stopped on Braid Hills Road to take this photo.  I was able to capture the hillside speckled with Whin in the background of this close up of the plant.
