Mick - Disabled and Not Dead Yet

Slowly people are beginning to come round after hearing the results of the election and think about what we can do.  I attended a meeting this evening which discussed steps we can take to fight racism and tackle austerity post-election and I was really pleased to see Mick Hardy there, the chap who stood against Chloe Smith as an independent candidate whose strapline was Disabled and Not Dead Yet.

It was also good to see several people that I've not seen for a while and after the meeting we went to the pub and talked a bit of drivel, which can be  rather therapeutic I find.

Hopefully I'll catch up on journals at the weekend.
