Truly scrumptious

I had a lovely surprise treat today. My friend Trevor, henceforth to be known as The Master Baker, popped in at lunchtime to drop of this gorgeous handmade loaf he had created. It was still warm when he dropped it off so I got to enjoy lovely wafts of onion and olives all afternoon. After my bellringing session this evening I treated myself to a couple of slices, just warmed through in the toaster with lashings of butter - yumm! It tastes just as good as it looks :) I am looking forward to more for lunch tomorrow. Thanks Trev!

It was a rotten old day weather wise. It tipped down most of the day, only drying up this evening so I didn't venture out much.

I am so glad it is Friday tomorrow - it has seemed like a very long week! I shall look forward to a very lazy weekend. I may even finish a little early tomorrow and start the weekend early as I have a tonne of flexitime racked up.
