Thursdays endurance session

On a good day we will have 15-20 on our Thursday evening sessions in Hainult Forest.
It's a hard hilly session but the forest is lovely to run in, and sure beats running round the streets in the dark.

Today it rained relentlessly all day, including during our session.
What's a little rain though?
A good session was had by these few and me.
