500 daysies

Well I had a go!
To celebrate 500 consecutive blips I had a plan to blip 500 daisies through water droplets - they're the friendliest of flower (as Kathleen Kelly says in You've Got Mail) and thought them fitting to the friendliness of blip.
Oh easier said than done!!!
Pop lots of daisies in a bowl, cover in clingfilm, splash on a bit of water... job done....... NOPE!
No sun, pants - daisies won't open.... ok, pick a big one off my Marguerite daisy...
Google, how to make a water droplet not splodge....
Ok, try oil.... nope...
Ok, try car wax on glass.....nope....
Ok, nip to shops and buy liquid glucose.... ooooh sticky but better!
Focus on blobs and not daisies behind... manual focus... ooo not done that before!
Well my blobs could be better, and the focus a lot sharper... but I was pleased to have a few daisies to blip in the end anyway!
This is inspired btw by PeckhamBelle's blip of the 6th July last year... that's the way to do it!
