Typical......

.......after school scene! Noo is asleep on me, pinning me to the sofa (shame!!) and ZQ is watching the TV with those eyes in the back of his head, whilst playing with his WWE figures! GravyC is usually at work, but he had to look after Noo today whilst I got drowned delivering the post!!!

I got up at 5am to go to the gym, and discovered that I was a bit stiff after last night's track session (which was actually on the field - imposters had taken over the track!!!) Just an easy run this evening I think....and maybe a glass of leftover Wednesday wine...!
