The calm before the storm

The rain we have had all weekend blew away this morning and although the sun was out, there were still a lot of heavy clouds around and some storms out to sea. I ducked out for a very quick blip at lunch and this is at Newcastle beach. The swell was starting to form and even though this is low tide there was still some pretty impressive waves. Armageddon is forecast to hit tomorrow afternoon. Stay tuned.
