My day started at 4am with a horrendous nightmare that left me sobbing so much that I simply couldn't stop it.
I forgot my lunch = 2 slice on nasty-arsed bread as a plan B. Eurgh!!
After a long day- half starved- I came home to run but it was delayed and delayed and delayed. By 6.30 I just wanted my dinner:
Went to the gym and met Georgia. We sat and talked about my training, routine and nutrition. I recognise I have come a long way but also that I will always want more. I also need to accept that my back will never be the same again.
We have booked dates and agreed to push for a routine for the summer.
I'm trying these (£2.50!!!!!!!) to try and eat more protein and less sweets.
I'm looking forward to an arse whopping but I also need to deal with the running issue too.
