Pine Cones

I've had a purposeful day at work, that is I actually got some paperwork done.
Tonight I collected Nelly and after a quick tea we headed down to the woods to collect some pine cones for a Beaver activity tomorrow.
Floss went off to Scouts, despite Betty being away, and at bedtime Nelly decided she would read a book to me as well as me reading her usual 2 books. She did really well.
