View from hotel window

Oh dear!  Last night's meal delivered a dose of food poisoning to me.  The reason I didn't sleep well is because my guts were preparing for an explosion. (OK, too much information so I won't go on.)  I didn't think it was too bad and I went to the course but had be taken back to the hotel after a couple of hours with my teeth chattering as my temperature soared.

The hotel staff have asked lots of questions and been kind. The course participants have gone out to eat tonight!

So, it's the view from my bedroom window across the lawn where the sun was just catching the tree.

Hope to have a more positive report tomorrow.  This morning's course was a good start.  Hopefully I won't have missed too much. Lovely bunch of people too.
