I met this lovely group of ladies 12 years ago through the NCT, when we were all pregnant with our first child. I remember being told that through these meetings we could expect to meet friends for life. At the time I was sceptical, but how true they were. We all still live close by, expect for Becky (a fellow Blipper) who now lives in the Netherlands.

Our lunch date today was to catch up with her whilst she is in the UK. We had a great catch up and a lot of laughs, just like the old days when we were struggling with babies and the changes that brings to your life. Now we're preparing for the struggle of dealing with adolescent teenagers... some of us are already there even though our children are a year off the official 13!
