(Sorry for the excess of fungus at the moment, but I do love it so... N told me today I was weird for liking such things...)

These deceptively edible-looking mushrooms just seemed to pop up overnight in my garden (in a spot I have never seen them in before). They are (I think – would need to do a spore test to be completely certain) agaricus xanthodermus or yellow-staining mushroom. Same family as horse/field mushrooms and very similar looking. Except, if you see that yellow bit on the smallest one – that is where I scratched it. NEVER eat a mushroom that bruises yellow. It's poisonous!
