Mike's "blind" drawing

On holiday in central Spain a few years back, Mike was introduced to the idea of "blind drawing" by a professional artist / illustrator. You place your pen on the paper, and whilst only looking at the subject, NOT the paper, you draw what's there - it always gives a really abstract result, but can be truly creative!

This was one of the kitchen cupboards (glass door) with teas and coffees inside. I was fascinated when he finished and took a look at it and exclaimed "It's an "E" - for Emma" - he's missing Emma, I know, seemed so appropriate.
