Dinner on the Beach....NOT!

We headed down to the beach for dinner. Our JEEP got struck in the very soft sand! It took about an hour of digging, letting the air out of the tires and rocking and pushing the car before it finally emerged from the sand! Thank you to Jack, Joe, Ginny, Joe and our driver, Debbie! Steve and I are ever thankful for such good neighbors.

Not to be deterred from our dinner, we drove back to our house and ate in the yard....under construction! We enjoyed our dinners and a bit of wine/beer! Let summer begin!
