Robins!

I know, yet another robin, and another violet in the extra photos. But my yard looks it's best in spring and I love robins. The violets won't be here much longer either. We had to mow the lawn this week and they will only take that once or twice before disappearing till next year. The other extra is my redbud , planted about 5 years ago. These are so pretty in spring and although they are all over the Ithaca area I don't see many here. I sat in the patch of violets under the locusts and was trying to get a photo of a least flycatcher that was teasing me by staying backlit, when the robin showed up.He posed , so I thought "why not?"
