On the way home

I pass this cross many times on my way home from work, but I was never able to read what it said while driving. Today the traffic was stopped at the railroad crossing and I was stopped at the perfect spot to finally take a picture of this cross. I really have no idea who these people are, but it always intrigues me when I see those roadside memorials, also known as descansos.
