Calving Season

Wandered up to the park today as it's calving season and the deer tend to gather together for protection... The other half of this herd were not playing ball for the photo but I'll go back and get them again.... Nice to see coot, moorhen and mallard chicks today though a perching grey heron made me wonder about the small number of chicks....just saying
