Biding my time

We too are biding our time as today we have had to agree to pull down the garden shed if necessary because apparently we should have asked permission from the local council to erect it when we replaced the one that was falling down!

So here's the puzzle. One document says we didn't ask permission to put up a new shed (same size as previous one) and could be asked to pull it down before the sale of the house. The other document says we must leave the property exactly as it was when the buyers viewed it.

Still struggling with url links thing in Safari. Can only link when using the app and then seem to link the rest of my page! Then I have to use safari to edit as that function is not in the app!
