Sad face!

When we were small, we would go "Up North" during the summer with our dad & stay at our grandparents' cottage on Long Lake. Any Wisconsinite can tell you that "Up North" refers to northern Wisconsin---one of the most beautiful places to be--pristine forests & tons of small lakes. On the way to the cottage (a 5 hr. drive from our home) my dad would always say "look at all the happy faces; referring to all the people heading up north, & on the way home he'd say "look at all the sad faces", referring to everyone having to go back to reality.
So today on the plane I was one of the "sad faces"--had to say goodbye to Jen & Joe & head back to reality!
I'm already looking ahead to the end of June when she'll be up for her baby shower! Can't come soon enough! :))
