Houses of Wilmington #33

Richard W. Price House, 125 5th Ave.  The House was built by the Harbor Master of the Port of Wilmington in 1840.  It is of Greek Revival style and remained in the family until 1924.  I'm amazed at the Oak tree to on the left.  It could be older than the house itself.
