Barn Door

Sometimes the traffic jam at the intersection in my hometown is long enough that I get to stop in front of this old barn door.
Blipped through the closed car window.

Reminds me of the German saying "Ein Brett groß wie ein Scheunentor vor dem Kopf haben", which means someting like being slow on the uptake (says my dictionary) or being a blockhead (lit. = having a board the size of a barn door in front of your head).

With all the boards that have been in front of my head already I could have built a wooden house the size of a church by now.
