How do they do it?

A meeting today was delayed so I nipped into the Wetherspoons in Matlock as I was intrigued by their Steak Day discount.
£6.80 for a sirloin steak, chips, peas, mushrooms, tomato and a drink.
I had to try it as it seemed to good to be true and when it came with a pint of cider I was amazed how good it was, not just for the price but the steak cooked exactly as I wanted was a lot better than many I've had for 4 times that price, 
Unbelievable...
