Blue Parasols

This is new this summer in the Old Port of Montreal: an artificial beach on the river, with a spectacular view of the bridge. The designer is architect Claude Cormier, who also created Toronto's Sugar Beach, as well as the design for Aires Libres (see entry for May 24, 2012).
